Your personal trainer will not only get you started and up to speed quickly, but

* 12 -  Training Package

Meet with your trainer 2 times a week and see how your fitness level will rise to
new levels.


* 24 -  Training Package

Meet with your trainer 3 times a week.  This training package is only intended for people who are serious about achieving their fitness goals and wanted to be there yesterday.

Fitness Essentials provides in-home personal training sessions because we know
that it is convenient way to incorporate fitness into active lifestyles. 
Fitness Essentials will develop an in-home personal fitness program focused on your goals that will incorporate resistance training, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility.
Fitness Essentials is committed to help you:

  • Exercise effectively and efficiently

  • Learn proper technique and function of each exercise

  • Receive a results-oriented fitness program that is progressive
    to increase your fitness level.

  • This is your time.  You will receive direction and focus from your personal trainer.

  • Your personal trainer will provide you with continuous feedback
    and motivation.

  • Learn that fitness can be fun.

  • Your personal trainer will provide challenges to progress you to
    the next fitness level.

  • Your personal trainer will hold you accountable to your fitness program.

  • Your personal trainer will do occasional kitchen/pantry raids to identify food selections which might sabotage your program/results and will provide you with healthier alternatives.
