Essentials consist of many of the best fitness professionals in British
Columbia. The hiring process is rigorous and all of our
staff have to complete additional training. You will never have a
trainer that hasn't excelled in their training regime.
All of our
personal trainers are certified
and have a minimum of three
years personal training experience in helping clients achieve their health
and fitness goals.
We are very picky when we add to our personal training team.. We choose
trainers based on their personality and communication skills... not just
their certification. Certifications alone will not make a person a great
personal
trainer, they must have the passion to help others.

Dan is also a certified ski-instructor, a former
pro-fencer, and a running enthusiast.

Kerri has been in the Fitness industry for the
past 5yrs as a BCRPA certified personal trainer. Before that she was
always in a gym as fitness has always been her passion.
Kerri decided to become a personal trainer to
help as many people reach their fitness goals, no matter how big or
small they might be and to show them that with a little hard work
and dedication anything is possible.
Kerri's specialty is fat loss supported with
nutritional knowledge, she has previous experience working in Health
Care preparing diets for the elderly.

Vaneska’s passion for fitness dates back to as far as she can
remember. To her, the only gift better than maintaining her own
fitness is sharing her knowledge with others.
Vaneska has over 10 years
of personal and professional experience and has been actively
personal training since 2006.
In 2006 she competed and placed first in a Figure Body Building
competition. Her love of fitness leads her to explore and
challenge herself in all areas of sports, next on the list is
her first triathalon in 2010.
As a mobile trainer for the last 2 ˝ years Vaneska has had the
opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients.
Vaneska applies her acquired fitness knowledge and experience
into her own lifestyle and has a passion for helping others
change theirs.
Vaneska will teach you safe, effective, and proper exercise
techniques and show you their effects on overall wellness. You
will learn to become self-sufficient and take responsibility for
your own health, but most of all, you can expect to have fun and
a few laughs.

Stephanie Harmazy born and raised in Vancouver,BC.
Stephanie is certified through the National Strength
and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and
Conditioning Specialist.
She completed her bachelor degree
from Eastern Illinois University where i competed in Division 1
tennis. She completed her first internship at Arizona State
University working with all the Division 1 varsity athletes.
She finished her second internship at Simon Fraser University,
working with all varsity athletes. As well as elite athletes such as
the Olympic Speed Skaters,
bobsleigh, MMA fighters, and CFL athletes. Aside from coaching
athletes.
Stephanie has experience working with rehabilitation and massage
techniques for faster recovery
between workouts. She has helped many clients of various ages
and fitness levels achieve their goals.
Stephanie is currently studying at UBC to obtain her
masters
degree in Human Kinetics.

certifications (ACE, BCRPA, ISSA) along with Pre/ Post Natal,
Spinning Instructor, BOSU Trainer and Osteo Aware Certifications.
I have
been training for 6 years in Vancouver. My dedication to
fitness and health combined with my excellent listening skills,
helps my clients accomplish short-term and long-term goals. A
majority of my personal training experience has been with men and
women of all types, including beginners, pre- teens, pre and post
natal, and including third age.
Through hard work and an open mind I integrate fun yet functional
workouts. I am driven by my client’s progress and understands that
